"I currently work at the Antech Lab in Southaven, MS. This is by far the worst job experience ever as far as management. They don't care anything about employees, as long as you're slaving doing their work, they are happy. The current specimen processor supervisor is the biggest ass, how she maintains to get a supervisor position I'll never know. One thing for sure is they have a lawsuit that they won't be able to stand."

President talks to employees like they are nothing. You work until you finish so there is no set schedule. Sometimes there is not enough work so you barely get 8 hrs. "No room to work. Some unprofessional behavior and conducts. Poor Ventilation."

"Strict on professionalism. Immediate corrective actions. Improve working environment. Be more selective on hiring employees."

"Believe me I loved working at Antech till became a number. If you can avoid working there please do the benefits and compansentation is not worth the aggravation. This job is legalized slavery run by West Coast snobs."

"Treat people like people not like the animals they run blood work for VCA Antech really needs the managers to be managers and not high school students."
