Principal Control Engineer

"I've worked for the company for over 12 years. I am getting along with my supervisor and co-workers very well. However, the manger of my supervisor is a bad guy without any morals. He was an intern and raised to manager above my supervisor. He steals my great contributions and achievements of 10 year's hard work as his own, even when the company projects are delayed due to his actions."

"I've found Ansaldo STS to be an unpleasant place to work. It's very old fashion and bureaucratic. Work place politics usually get in the way of real work. It's basically a soul-crushing cubicle farm."

Ansaldo STS Employee

"Been with ASTS since 2009 and have been used as the project fireman since. As fireman, I have been placed on the problem projects to get them back in control to be returned to the project pool. While performing this role, I was also studying for my MBA. Since 2010, when I have been eligable for a raise, I have made 4% when typical raises were 3%. (Ansaldo is an Italian owned company - not known for raises)Ansaldo has put itself up for sale and GE is negotiating with ASTS Italy. I believe it is time to move on."
