"Excluding the stores, the company runs too lean. Employees are either over worked or are not held accountable for their lack of work. Non-management does all the work so that management can get their annual bonuses."

"Look at who is really doing the work and who is getting credit for it."

"I like the free Bagels from vendors and donuts they bring to us"

"Don't interview for this company unless you really want to be belittled and yelled at on a daily basis"

"Everything.... the way they treat people, managers yelling at their team for their own mistakes and firing people to boost the revenue"

"fire the management if you want this company to be profitable"

"This is a family business. Avoid like the plague if you are not a member of the family. Guised in niceness, the owners are vicious and malicious and dismiss people at will the minute the business goes south. Only recommend to junior associates who need to get a taste of what business can be like. Sr. level executives should avoid this company."
