"During my work experience at A.P. Green Refractories I felt that it was a pretty good job, especially since I was working for a good plant manager (Vic O'Block). However once Mr. O'Block left, the new plant manager was a god awful mistake. Corporate didn't have a clue as to what or how ceramic fiber was made or how to manage it. There was always interference from corporate and you had to fight tooth and nail with them to get anything done."
