What do you like about working at AngioDynamics?

"I liked the products and the working environment in our office, however, the company made the decision to close the CA facility and move all engineering positions back to the Boston, MA facility. I was given the opportunity to transfer the Boston, however, chose to stay in CA."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"In the long run AngioDynamics will be a good place to work. Just be prepared for some minor challenges over the next year due to the changes caused by the merging of 2 companies."

What don't you like about working at AngioDynamics?

"I actually enjoyed working at the company, I am looking for a new opportunity because AngioDynamics is closing down the California facility completely, all personnel are being let go by the end of 2012."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company is going through a lot of changes since the recent merge; in the long run these changes should be good for the company. I have no additional suggestions at this time."

"Ask questions about company priorities and how they're developed and shared (they aren't). Ask about company culture, what kind of company does AngioDynamics see itself as being and why"

"Short term businesss decisions that puts long term company health at risk. At present there's no trust or faith in executives by many employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Prioritize quality and compliance and build a culture that reflects that. Lead by example, walk the talk."
