"Make sure that anything that you ask you get a guarantee on or get in writing."

What don't you like about working at Andy Frain Services?

"The structure of discipline or the lack of. How the supervisor has no experience and does not listen and tells us that he doesn't have to listen because he is the boss. Being told something and than be lied to or having wait extreme amounts of time for them to happen."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be prompt on actions that need to be taken, do not be afraid to discipline where it is needed. Listen to your people and do have an authority complex. Treat the employees with respect and be professional about issues that need to be taken care."

What do you like about working at Andy Frain Services?

"I really dont know what I like about this job."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"U can get a job, but u are not going to last because u are not going to like it. I was given 15 cent raise after a year of working there. in 4 yrs u only got 60 cent raise. now tell me if thats what u want as a career."

What don't you like about working at Andy Frain Services?

"I sit most of the time doing nothing, and waiting for trucks to show up. sometimes u had to wait 5-6 hrs before a truck shows up. But in some area, there are constant trucks showing up, way too many and you are the only one to check them all. They sometimes have 2 people working together, thats the only time its good, but that doesn't happen often."
