"It would be more fulfilling if security companies valued their employees. Raised base pay and installed rigorous training regiments. However, those standards only get raised when some poor security officer gets killed or royally messes up. Security companies have done little to improve the stigmas associated with becoming a security guard. They do not reinvest in technology or career development for their people. It truly would be a total soul draining experience, if it wasn't for the fact that I get a sense of pride and happiness out of helping others. To bad medical school was just out of the picture for me. Dear Allied Barton your poop does stink. Realize that and stop denying it."
