"Most of the people higher up are more into money-grubbing than the well being and sanity of their employees. That said, they keep pretending like they are joking and laughing at obscenities, and make an attempt at creating a friendly work atmosphere. The truth is, these guys are just gamblers, so anything in their minds is just a probability of win or loss, or returns on investment. The fact that they are dealing with the very human aspect of housing (and gentrification!) doesn't bother them."
