What don't you like about working at ANADIGICS?
"The company does not support its supervisors and holds its engineers in high regards regardless of their level of incompetence. Unfortunately the company does not focus on quality or control of its processes. The engineers guess at options and whomever can lie the best to management wins. And management does not take the time to actually reference or check facts. They just blindly accept what is said..."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that management implement an SPC program for its production and process engineering so that it can make viable changes based on data rather than guesses."
