"stick to the system, reduce chaos, too many managres and directors"

"I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere for work if you truly intend to do your job. If you are good at telling stories and not doing your job, this is the perfect place to work."

What don't you like about working at ANADIGICS?

"The company does not support its supervisors and holds its engineers in high regards regardless of their level of incompetence. Unfortunately the company does not focus on quality or control of its processes. The engineers guess at options and whomever can lie the best to management wins. And management does not take the time to actually reference or check facts. They just blindly accept what is said..."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that management implement an SPC program for its production and process engineering so that it can make viable changes based on data rather than guesses."

"please dont keep changes priorities ad distribute work evenly among group, not just put all load on one and let others to relax."
