4.1As a full time equivalent contracted employee, AMYX took over the contract for our positions about a year ago. They provide competitive benefits and are so far good to work with. Since our contract was among the first they've won of this type, they are open to learning from me and others contracted employees where I work to learn the ropes.
2An absolute complete disregard for employees' time, talent, potential, and well-being. Bullying was frequent and overlooked. Management was too lazy to pursue contract modifications or make job title changes. Most tasks assigned were wildly out of scope - on a federal contract, this is illegal.
