"I've worked at many companies and never felt as bullied by the plant manager as I have now. The company protects senior management and does not follow through on complaints of harassment and bullying."
"The pay is good for the new employees, bad for the ones that have been there for a while. You go through periods of being under worked and over worked, or so I hear. I'm still waiting for the over work portion. Most people admit to only working maybe 10% of the time they are there. All in all it had bad culture, people talk bad about each other, and no ones likes working there."
