"Unfortunately I was a contractor."
"Outstanding Organization with tremendous career growth and Development opportunities."
"Amgen is the world leader in biotech. Having the opportunity to be employed by the largest biotech in the world has been a great experience professionally."
"I worked at Amgen as both a Contractor and FTE. While the company's purpose of improving / saving lives through medicine is laudable, the company management does not have a clue on how to actually run a successful company without using / abusing its employees to secure the bottom line. So typical these days for a large publicly traded company to bow to the shareholders instead of building a business that not only benefits people that need the medicine, but also the people that work at the company. Amgen needs to return to its roots as a company that cares about its employees."
"I've worked for Amgen since 2017 in various roles. I like and agree with the company values, and genuinely believe that most employees work to embody those every day. However, I feel that I am no longer being challenged by my work."
