"The people I worked with, and they lost what they used to have. It was a more people oriented company. Now they are all business."

"Try and go back to the beginning in the way the people are treated personally. George Rathman had it right. This guy in there now should have been terminated for violating company policies."

"Some areas within the organization is rigidly structured with systems and processes which may prevent new or thriving employees room for creativity and innovation and result in behaviors of complacency."
