"I’ve worked at American Family Insurance for 7 years. My work schedule is flexible in my life. They offer great benefits and a competitive salary. We work hard but also play hard. Always aim for 10 stars when providing great service to all clients and potential clients"
"How does this relate to the job applications"
"I've worked for american family insurance for 3 years and it is a decent company overall. However, I think they could incorporate a better work life balance."
"I've worked here for 4 years and have heard a lot about valuing employees and work/personal life balance. They just cancelled Christmas time off with less than 3 weeks notice regardless of any plans or arrangements you have made."
"Not the best place to work if you want work-life balance."
"I want to say that I am very thankful to my previous organization for giving me this opportunity to learn the things. Now I want to enhance my knowledge and skills. And take on new challenges with innovative ideas. New opportunities to learn and grow."
"An OK job environment with very limited opportunity for advancement. The bigger promotions are generally by appointment versus a true competitive process, although they go through the motions. This is the current version of the old boys' club, but it is not limited to men. To a significant degree, they are traveling on their reputation."
"if you like to be under the thumb of management and like to be micromanaged to death, then this company is for you!"
"I've worked for Am Fam for a year now and overall it is an ok place to work. The people I work with are good colleagues, but there is not much room to improve and move up."
"Total Honesty"
