"Work load not distributed equally. Some adjusters would get 6 claims in a week and others would get 1 and talk on personal calls all week. The fraud team was very understaffed."

"Everything. No communication. People from different depts. are rude to each other. Where I was, nothing is ever good enough. Applications are always breaking. A lot of slackers. Mgmt. constantly breathing down your neck. Awful."

"Treat staff as if they matter. MAKE communication between depts. a priority. Make sure your staff is doing their jobs and not being a slacker. To I.T., fix or get rid of the apps that are always breaking and quit shooting yourself in the foot."
