"Very little support from head office for Center Managers. and I have to put almost 70 hours a week and 7 days a week work I couldn't even take my prize winning trip to Bahamas because of that I won the prize for best manager and did not go."

"Great for short term employment. Usually 6 months to 2 years is all the employees can withstand until they want to quit. Fake it 'til you make it, and don't trust anyone."

"The turnover, constantly changing prices and specials, and lack of communication (to staff AND customers). Upon hire, they said wage increases and bonuses were available, but after over 3 years I never received a single one."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate to the staff, and take time to get everyone on board before the entire way of doing things has to be changed. If you don't know how to do it, get out of the way of the people who do, and ask for help at an appropriate time. And don't wear high heels."
