"Travel. Challenging work to build Networks, integrated with existing LAN's. Meeting business people, and building a good re pore."
What don't you like about working at Ameritech?
"Company went though too many changes in compensation when deregulation took place. Company was bought by SBC communications, and it was a mess."
What don't you like about working at Ameritech?
"it is a numbers games only and the computer is never wrong. Management will falsify data if they can sleep with you or doing other things. Customer retention is nothing they don't care as long as they can sell the product and lie about it's ability. Training a customer is not the company goal no time for that.."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Tell management to quit sleeping with other spouse in the company and on company time. Also, touching by the female bosses is out of control one does it often with the younger employees."

"Some of the senior managers still wore a bell around their necks. They didn't understand that AT&T didn't have a monopoly any more."

"More the bell heads out, if they can't change. Hire more people from other top, competitive companies like GE where I came from."
