"Overall I believe this company is very successful. However I believe they have gotten so big that they have lost sight of their employees and the contribution that they make on a day-to-day basis. Unfortunately, so much of one’s job depends upon their immediate superior that a lot of people get lost in the shuffle. A lot of said people are extremely talented but are never recognized because there are immediate supervisor won’t or can’t recognize them in a positive way."
