"Amerisource is a diverse workplace that offers many accommodating benefits such as education assistance. They provide sufficient training to assist all employees in meeting company objectives."
"Overall I believe this company is very successful. However I believe they have gotten so big that they have lost sight of their employees and the contribution that they make on a day-to-day basis. Unfortunately, so much of one’s job depends upon their immediate superior that a lot of people get lost in the shuffle. A lot of said people are extremely talented but are never recognized because there are immediate supervisor won’t or can’t recognize them in a positive way."
"NOT Good. VACCINE MANDATE right before bonus! They have good benefits and the pay is good. But not worth it The company now has a vaccine mandate. You need to get COVID vaccine shot by Nov 1st or you get fired. This is right before the BONUS payment of early December. Some people also get equity vesting in late Nov. Real evil timing! If you don't get vaccinated, not only do you lose your job, but also your bonus and equity! That is pretty low. You also have to keep on getting BOOSTER SHOTS to maintain your job."
"Poor management but great supervisor."
"I have work for AmerisourceBergen and Baxter Healthcare pharmaceutical companies for over 27 years. These company are outstanding and are very good employer. They have excellent core values and a leader in the industry. Under their umbrella I have learned a lot and developed into an outstanding employee and leader."
"I've worked for a subsidiary of AmerisourceBergen for the past 4 years. While the overall corporation is huge and primarily focuses on pharmaceutical distribution, the business I supported was more of a software solutions play. Overall I liked working there, but is very dependent on what part of the organization you're in."
