"Amerisafe promised the world and never delivered anything. Deliberate liars for their own personal short term gain. Lazy, unappreciative, and management will rarely, if ever, travel north of the Mason Dixon Line. Grudge filled and greedy. Low pay, don't back up their talk of bonuses. During our annual meeting of Safety Administrators we were mandated to increase our productivity and take a pay freeze because all the great technology in the world was making our job "too easy". The pay is so low and the promotions so few, their employees will stab anybody in the back for a raise (all while telling you "they have your back"). All in all, high turnover, low pay, expect the world and give nothing in return."
