"They force you to go to work on the daily basis including Saturdays to make cold calling, training is at your own pace and risk, no pay for training days, must expend your own gas and time. The commission base is not well explain that causes problems at the end of the month when you expect a check and is only a portion of it. Too many companies that you need to get certified with and too many things at the same time no recommended for frist timers. The hardest part of the job is that they treat you like a salary employee. The owner of the office will read you out if you don't have a sale in a week, he's extremely angry at all times petulant."

"Outrageously expensive health benefits. No merit raises. 1% given to departments to spread out to employees. Not even cost of living. Employees are considered a throwaway commodity. Head count reductions have caused loss of company operating knowledge in the past."
