What do you like about working at Ameridose?

"It's flexible and informal. No micro managing. Some co-workers are cool. Pay is ok."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It's a good place if you want to get a paycheck and get out at the end of the day to live your life. If you want to climb the ladder, don't count on it unless your lips are ready to smooch... There are some cool people there and some managers are cool too but beware ... You have to have an IDGAF attitude to last."

What don't you like about working at Ameridose?

"The jobs are robotic. People get on a power trip there when they are in management or a favorite of management. If you can't work 50+ hour weeks, buy the supervisors lunch and kiss ass because you aren't getting anywhere. When you make a mistake they talk about you and are rude to you (like we care)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop the favoritism and start acting like real managers. A lot of them have no leadership skill or people skills. It's a joke to see how some of them handle situations. Most of them in a management position were kiss asses themselves and upper management knew they could do what they wish with them..."

"The fact that the schedules are really lenient, and that I know that I have decent job security."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared for the worst. It has it's ups and downs, and not everyone's experience is the same... But it's a job and no one ever said a job would be fun. Just be quiet, stick to yourself, and trust no one."

What don't you like about working at Ameridose?

"The fact that in order to grow within the company, you either need to be screwing the supervisors/trainers, or you need to be a total kiss ass and buy your bosses lunch and make them feel like gods."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat everyone equal. Reward workers based on performance, and not on how well they're liked."
