"AmeriCorp was the first place of work that I had the opportunity to be a part of software design. I also had the opportunity to work with the Access Database for the first time. The benefits were very good and this company is very employee centered."

"Be open, honest and friendly and you should be ok working at AmeriCorp."

What don't you like about working at AmeriCorps?

"I prefer to take mass transit to work rather than drive to work. It was not possible to take mass transit to work over there."

"They had a great management team. I learned a lot of my work ethics from this organization. I would advise that management keep up the good work."

"It allowed me to get involved with fighting to make this world a better place for everyone. It's objective is to fight poverty on a global & multi-faceted scale."

"It's a great experience, one that I would never give away. I suggest every recent collage graduate should do it."

"It's not for the faint of heart. It was hard to be living under poverty level. My annual income was much less than $20K a year. I only chose that b/c that was the lowest option."
