"The interviews aren't formal at all. Be prepared to ask the refinery manager 3 questions. Such a joke."
What don't you like about working at American Sugar Refining?
"Organization is mircromanaged. There isn't any work life balance. Nothing is planned. There is no follow through on anything. The facility is considerably filthy for a food manufacturing facility. The morale is very low and no one is doing anything about it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Diversify the leadership team to get some fresh perspectives on changes that need to be made in order to continually improve and get better. Also - learn to listen."
