"Organization is mircromanaged. There isn't any work life balance. Nothing is planned. There is no follow through on anything. The facility is considerably filthy for a food manufacturing facility. The morale is very low and no one is doing anything about it."

"Diversify the leadership team to get some fresh perspectives on changes that need to be made in order to continually improve and get better. Also - learn to listen."
