"Pass on this organization. There are other associations with stronger ethics, fairness and professionalism"

What don't you like about working at American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy?

"The Executive Director was the furthest from a director, just a meeting planner. Business skills were lacking, professionalism was weak and she was a flirt with the member physicians to get what she wanted. Sickening! She was tainted by a best friend employee who was not accountable for her errors and frequently blamed others."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To the board, sign on a new Executive Director who is accountable, professional and a leader."

"My ability to work with medical directors, and also training of new stduents in the GI field."

"Leadership was bad to say the least, too much office politics."
