"I've worked for American National Insurance Company for 4 years. They employ approximately 5,000 people nationwide at three separate locations --- Galveston, TX, Albany, NY, and Springfield, MO. They are currently involved in a major culture change for the better. They have trouble keeping good employees due to their low pay scale, senior management's attitude, quantity of constant meetings, and lack of internal advancement opportunities. Time warp!"
