"Financially they got themselves into trouble. They went through a period of instability."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Many managers deferred maintenance costs in order to make budget and earn bonuses. This resulted in cash flow problems later when minor repairs became large capital improvements. This budget mentality needs to be changed in order for the company to get and stay healthy."
