"The only thing I liked about American Golf was the Illusion that it was a great place to work. That along with everything else turned out to be false."

"Don't waste your time or your life on this company. Unless...you set up a sweet deal with someone on the inside to get you where you want to go Don't bother. Look elsewhere."
What don't you like about working at American Golf?
"The thing I disliked most about working at American Golf was the lack of growth and preferential treatment to certain races. As a former Human Resources employee I was privy to certain information and noticed huge disparity in wages, promotions and overall treatment. As a whole they seemed to care nothing about their employees especially those in entry level positions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"What management. If you call crooke CEO's, CFO's and Human Resources Executives without a clue management, then get ready for a huge let down if you expect any form of leadership. A bumbling mess of nepotism, racism and every other ism that you can think of exists in this company's culture."

"Learning new Vision with growth of business, training all key staff, growing membership and guests to golf. and of course I was rewarded for the job I did with my team."

"Yes, check out the company see who they are and how long they have been in business, talk to the Management and see if you want to work for this company, cause it has to be a Win-Win..."

"American Golf was sold back in 2003 and they down-sized they went from 300 golf courses to 100."

"Leadership, I'm a leader and my job is to transfer that to my team so they have a clear understanding what they are accountable for."
