"I enjoyed being a leader and took pride in leading by example. Gaming is a 24/7 nonstop, ever changing environment and I enjoyed the challenge. They allowed me to do things like grill lunch on holidays to say thank you to the employee's."

"Be careful. Gain as much knowledge and experience as you can. Work hard and hope for the best."

What don't you like about working at American Gaming Systems?

"My first VP was not easy to work for. He used intimidation and vulgarity to get things done. I feel like I gave them my heart and soul and was throw out the door."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not having a degree or being your buddy is no reason to dismiss dedicated employee's who made the company what it is today."
