What don't you like about working at American Career College?

"The GED program at American Career College is not set up adequately to allow consistent participation from the students that could benefit from the program. Some students can only come in for instruction for no more than 45 min. or an hour at best. As an instructor, I'm spending way too much of my time chasing students to come in for tutoring. To achieve goals, I find myself making numerous follow up phone contacts reminding students to come into class."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To implement a method in making the GED program mandatory for those students that did not finish their High school diploma. I believe we (American Career College) can become a much better institution for learning if we can attract more qualified students to come to the GED program and develop more efficient ways to help them succeed/graduate. Then, we can become much more competitive as a vocational school. I would love to be part of a winning team."
