"Get the salary and position going in, promises made are not kept."

What don't you like about working at American Audio Visual Center?

"Company growing too fast with dysfunction growing. Small company, small mentality, corporate heavy. Recently a lot of time spent on talking about shows not successfully sold."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Purchase newer equipment, hire more experienced staff, invest less in corporate titles and more in support staff for properties. Focus on showing staff shows, that have actually been sold and not on shows pitched but not accepted."
