4.1 I've worked for AFCU for 6 years, and I have only good things to say about the people I work with. I really enjoy the environment in my department, and while I'm aware that some managers have a different style than mine, I think that even the most difficult of those are still fine managers. I'm well paid, and as a FTE my benefits are very good.

I think that the management team needs to be better organized in the way the mortgage dept is ran. They need a better procedure for the way that the loans are processed and issued throught the dept.
