"It may be an advantage if you are fluent in an Indian language or Hebrew. The company is managed from Israel, and the workers are hired from India. If you are hired, don't get comfortable in your job, you will be laid off or fired before your tenth anniversary. Amdocs is too cheap to give the benefits you earn after ten years. Also, Amdocs offshores jobs aggressively, so your position may disappear at any time."
What don't you like about working at Amdocs?
"Politics are everything in who gets ahead. Competence is not highly valued, chutzpah is. No job security. Layoffs are a semi-annual ritual. Directors have been fired for conflict of interest, running their own consulting firms to hire foreigners, while pushing out the locals. The place runs in constant emergency mode, there is an unhealthy level of stress even when things are on schedule. No comp time for working weekends or nights, which is frequently necessary. Raises and bonuses are paltry at best."

Basically AT&T set us up so that they would not be held accountable for the shoddy way the two companies mistreated and ripped off those employees. If the govt investigated these two companies, many top executives would be out of a job and hopefully in jail."
