"Moving to a new technical platform needed to be supported by more training and better communication with new stakeholders, new departments and outsourcers."

"Like being married to a nymphomaniac -- it's exhilarating for the first few months. There were lots of challenging and high visibility projects. For instance, I merged Nextel into Sprint before an audience of 100 executives."

"Fasten your seat belt; it'll be a wild ride. After working for Amdocs, other companies will seem like you're vacation."

What don't you like about working at Amdocs?

"Management are Indian good old boys who treat workers like galley slaves. Lurch from one crisis to the next. Will move you and family to North Dakota or Israel on one day's notice. Default office language is Hindi."

"Need to work harder to integrate the employees in special division like AT&T with Amdocs."

"If individual performs better, them he definitely had a chance to stand out. Need proactive initiative."
