"There are some good people that could move the company leeps and bounds if they had a better management team. The VP of Ops. limits them greatly."

"Work for the competitor unless your working for the sales team."

"The Vp of Op's, as he is the main problem at AMAX."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Replace the VP of Op.'s and break up the organizations so that the correct VP/Directors control the right departments. VP of Op's should not control the materials group less purchasing as he does now."
