"I worked for this company for 11 years. Often times under paid but a pretty good fit for me. However, when contacts change or management changes, there is no person at the top checking on the employees to see how they are doing in the transition. Therefore, veteran employees can get harassed by new management and threatened. It can be reported, and they will send a mediator to your site, but nothing is ever really done. Management cannot keep a grasp on these things because they are in charge of many sites. Leading to issues sliding through the cracks and a toxic environment for employees."
