"Upper Managements corperate application to field const. Turn over rate 80% to 85% in a years time"

"Allow field personell to apply knowledge, and experience to succesfull completion. Turn over is way to high. Take time to train personell to conform to current docturn's that change regularly"

"Lack of communication, interest of employees concerns, company paper work, management ability, company polices available but not enforced"

"List to your field personal, be open and be the example so that others can believe in your company"

"Alutiiq was in a paradigm shift and did not want to accept that situation. They were moving from a sole source government contract provider to one that had to compete for contracts. What I liked most was the flexibility to work from home when absolutely needed."

"there's a lot of politicking, be careful to whom you speak"

"The racist attitude of the white males!"
