"Alteryx is a great place to work. They spare no expense on tools and resources for their sales team to win and keep business, the seek to improve the customer experience, and everyone is dedicated to exposing everyone to data literacy and the impact it can have on an organization. Training and development opportunities, always learning, always. The only drawback, in my opinion, is unnecessary internal politics that impact morale and affect productivity. It stems from an older class of management. The management staff requires training on working within the modern diverse work environment, they have identified and acknowledge this as well."

A change to how the company reports earnings and a dramatic change to commission structure has employees working harder than ever and making far less."
