"Alpinestars creates an extremely difficult work environment. One small example: Salaried employees are expected to clock-in and out, and are severely disciplined for clocking-in even a few minutes late (no matter how long they've worked that week). Overtime is absolutely expected."

"Not a place if you are simply looking for a job, great place if you are looking for a career. It is what you make of it, and apply yourself. Be willing to be tested. Be patient. Be self motivated, self directed, and do not expect alot of praise. Everyone works hard, you are part of a team and are not a star."
