"I have worked at Alphanumeric (Barcelona office) for a year and it was an extremely negative experience. The management treats you like you were nothing. Employees' opinions or well-being do not matter. When I was hired they just forgot or ignored the initial agreements made in the job interview. They changed the agreed working shifts, they changed the amount I was going to receive for meals. It took almost 10 months to finally get the promised health insurance. When I complained about that, they told me I was a difficult person. The job is stressful, very high volume of calls, and you get insufficient trainings. I was hired as an IT analyst but after some time they decided that we should take facilities and financial request calls too. Employees are not asked if they agree with new terms when they are implemented. The management is very arrogant. You can feel that when they talk to you that they don't give a shxx about you."
