2.1I have worked at Alphanumeric (Barcelona office) for a year and it was an extremely negative experience. The management treats you like you were nothing. Employees' opinions or well-being do not matter. When I was hired they just forgot or ignored the initial agreements made in the job interview. They changed the agreed working shifts, they changed the amount I was going to receive for meals. It took almost 10 months to finally get the promised health insurance. When I complained about that, they told me I was a difficult person.
The job is stressful, very high volume of calls, and you get insufficient trainings. I was hired as an IT analyst but after some time they decided that we should take facilities and financial request calls too. Employees are not asked if they agree with new terms when they are implemented. The management is very arrogant. You can feel that when they talk to you that they don't give a shxx about you.
I worked for several VARs that did a great job of setting up travel to the point that all I had to do was show up. Engineers/Sales that were road warriors wer provided with company cars. We didn't have to track milage
4.7I am contracted with Alphanumeric Systems for Janssen Scientific Affairs. Both companies are top notch to work for. I am enjoying my current role at both companies and have found myself to gain excellent pharmaceutical industry experience. I am looking forward to deepening my experience further.
