"Be very social and out going. The company can be a bit slow at times but just have fun."

"Micromanagement is often times a little too much. We need to be given some space."

"Stop looking over our shoulders every 5 seconds. I can hit my quota without being told what to do every day."

I never had poor performance reviews in my entire career and this particular manager had something against me; and even convinced those that knew me quite well of my poor performance. The company was a great company, but not facilities management."

"Depending on the department. At least in support make sure you are capable of thinking outside the box when it comes to troubleshooting."

"Outsourcing to India and the lack of movitation and knowledge they bring. They create more work rather than finish work."

"Get rid of the outsourcing in india. Train people and better communication"
