"I was with Allmand Law for over 5 years and still work with them on a contract basis. The firm has a very generous benefits package with 401k matching, profit sharing, and pension which is unique in firms of this size. Management is supportive and invests in the training of staff. Due to the firm's mission, there are relatively few paid holidays and the time-off policy prohibits any accumulation of time. I enjoy working at Allmand and recommend the firm for those willing to make the commitments."
