"were I worked was a union shop, not a fan of the union, they have to lay off according to the union contract wich states they must do it by seniority otherwise id probably still be working there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"get rid of the union and then you can get ride of the second rate employes instead of having the union save there job every time they screw up."

"I was let go for no reaseon and have applied back to customer service and product service 6 times and have not been hired back and is currently working in the plant and had to take 16,000.00 dollar cut. Then they hired somebody younger then me with less experience. I had 5 years experience in customer service and 10 years in product service. I feel that the managment was out to black ball me from the company. I have applied totally for 20 jobs and have not gotten one of them and I do have 31 years of experience and education."

"TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT MANAGEMENT THEY LIKE TO MAKE YOU THINK YOUR IMPORTANT"

"Take a look all applicants and take into consideration experience and longevity with the company. Need to get a new director of the Quality Department!"

"Invest in leadership training. Seniors have high drive, high energy, technical expertise but no people skills. Like working in the military, with no NCOs."
