The company has good engineers and kind hearted individuals that mean well. An extremely smart CTO with a well known company-wide open door policy. Somehow the CTO is always right even when he's completely surrounded by facts that prove the other side of the story counts with the facts to support otherwise, he seems to put his foot down and lead them to his "higher" ground, which is amazing to witness."
