"Great experience for knowledge. Culture supports diversity. Many employees are friendly and caring. Pay is about 10-20K below average market depending on the roles. A lot unfairness across different departments. A lot of unspoken rules that prevent some employees advancing. High turn over rate. A great place to get your feet wet. If you have light experience, this is a great place to start and you will learn a ton. Internal promotion does happen however you pay on average will be 10-20K lower than the employees hired directly from outside. Pay increase for each employee is similar across the board so if you are an internally promoted employee, you'd work 10 more years to get to the same pay as the start pay of someone hired directly from outside. Hence the high turn-over rate."
