"Love my job as in WHAT I do. I hate what my company has become."

"Parttime or PRN ok. This company is floundering. If you need FT or a job in which to securely pay bills or support a family, this company isn't for you."

What don't you like about working at Alliance Imaging?

"The company holds no value for its employees. It provides only the minimum to its employees and takes away whatever it can whenever possible. Very disconnected to the job its frontline employees provide. Responsibilities are much greater than a typical hospital/clinical tech, yet the company has little appreciation. Earnings are never as promised because hours are based on client schedules. Rarely 40 hrs for FT employees, and even though far below you're told to shift shave. No 401K matching in 3 years, constant wage freezes. I make 10-15000 less per year than my salary states I'm making."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get in touch. Understand what your frontline employees do for your company and your contracts. Appreciate your employee assets.Your employees and families have made huge sacrifices in wages due to hours for several years,and have shown amazing loyalty despite their personal suffering. Its time you showed some loyalty in return. Instead, you just keep taking away."
