"I've worked at Allegiant HQ for 5 years, and there's a lot to like about the company. The work environment is casual and welcoming. The campus is nice and modern, and in a convenient location, near highway access. The culture is pretty approachable across different tiers of the organization, and I really liked my teammates and bosses, quite a few of them have become close friends over the years. My only issue is that I feel they trimmed the workforce too thin during the peak of covid challenges, and those of us who remained had an excessive workload once business picked up. Hiring isn't keeping up with the operation yet."

"I worked for Allegiant Air for a little over a year and, like all companies, there are good and bad aspects about them. Good: great workmates and team-leads, up-to-date technology stacks and equipment, interesting projects, work-from-home arrangements. Bad: low pay, no prospect for pay-bumps, projects bogged down with bureaucracy, distant and uninterested management."
